- Sit, feet on the floor — Notice the tension in your neck, shoulders & back
- Notice the distance from your R ear to the R shoulder; turn head from R to L.
– Inhale & gently raise the R shoulder and release it with your breath/ repeat 4X
— Rest notice your neck, shoulders, back. Rotate head R to L. What’s different?
- Repeat with the L side
- Stop-n-Go lifting the R shoulder while breathing in
Reach the top slowly lower the shoulder as you breath out; repeat 4X
