ATM’s are generally small  group  classes designed to aid in finding a particular range of movements.  Most are based on ordinary functional activities such as sitting, standing, getting up from a chair or bed, preparing for a sport ,or performing (acting,music, art, theater) or touranment.  Classes change according to the need of the class and its participants.

Classes are 1.25 hours in length.
